Pilates Meadow is an online retailer focused on premium Pilates reformers, studio equipment, and accessories for home users, instructors, and professional studios.
Choosing the right equipment can get complicated quickly. Reformers vary in size, construction, resistance systems, features, accessories, and intended use, and what works for a commercial studio may not make sense for a home setup.
Our goal is to make that process easier. We bring together quality equipment from trusted brands, provide clear product information, and help you understand which options fit your space, your goals, and your practice.
Our job is to know it, and to make sure what arrives at your door is the right product for the space it's going into.
Real Guidance, Real Answers
Buying Pilates equipment online shouldn’t mean figuring everything out on your own.
Whether you’re comparing reformers, planning a home setup, or outfitting a professional studio, we’re here to help you understand the differences and narrow down the right options.
We’d rather help you choose the right equipment the first time than push you toward something that isn’t a fit.
Hours of Operation
Our site is available 24 hours a day. Our team is reachable Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern.
Call (480) 725-7256 or email support@pilatesmeadow.com. We typically respond within the hour during business hours, and by the next business morning otherwise.
Free Shipping on Every Order
Shipping is free on every Pilates Meadow order within the 48 contiguous states. No order minimum and no surprise freight charge added at checkout.
Many of the products we sell, especially reformers and larger studio equipment, ship by freight rather than standard parcel delivery. Depending on the item, your carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment before arrival.
We want you to know what to expect before your equipment shows up. Product pages include relevant delivery information, and our team is available if you have questions about shipping, access, or receiving a larger order.
Our Shipping Policy explains the delivery process in more detail, including what to expect when your order arrives.
Shop With Confidence
Every page on pilatesmeadow.com is served over encrypted HTTPS, and payment information is processed through Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout. We never see or store your card details.
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Our Privacy Policy sets out exactly what information we collect and how it's used.
Trade & Commercial
Pilates studios, instructors, wellness facilities, designers, and commercial buyers can work with Pilates Meadow for larger equipment orders and studio buildouts.
Whether you’re outfitting a new studio or expanding an existing space, we can help you compare equipment, plan your setup, and source the right products for your needs.
For multi-unit orders or commercial projects, contact our team before purchasing so we can help with product selection, availability, and delivery.
Built Around Pilates
Pilates Meadow was founded by Colin with a simple goal, make buying premium Pilates equipment easier, clearer, and more trustworthy.
With a background in business, sales, and customer experience, Colin saw how much the buying experience matters when customers are investing in something important. Clear information, responsive support, and confidence in what you’re purchasing should be the standard, not the exception.
That philosophy is at the heart of Pilates Meadow. We’re focused on building a carefully selected catalog, providing helpful guidance, and creating a shopping experience that makes choosing the right equipment feel simple.
Whether you’re investing in your first reformer or outfitting a professional studio, our goal is to help you find equipment that fits your space, your practice, and where you’re headed.
