Large Pilates reformers and other equipment may ship via freight or LTL carrier.

Customers may be required to coordinate directly with the carrier to schedule freight delivery.

Additional fees resulting from missed appointments, re-delivery, storage, re-consignment, customer-requested address changes, or other customer-caused delivery issues may be the responsibility of the customer.

Customers should inspect shipments promptly upon delivery and report visible freight damage as described in our Refund & Return Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

However, sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with Pilates Meadow.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not the seller of the Pilates Meadow products you purchase and is not responsible for the commercial transaction between you and Pilates Meadow except to the extent Shopify independently provides applicable services.
