Refund & Return Policy

At Pilates Meadow, we want you to feel confident purchasing premium Pilates equipment from us. Because many of our products are oversized, freight-shipped, manufacturer-direct, customized, or made to order, return and cancellation terms can vary by product and manufacturer.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@pilatesmeadow.com or [BUSINESS PHONE].

Orders that have not yet entered fulfillment, production, or shipment may be eligible for cancellation at no charge.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, been submitted to the manufacturer, entered production, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible or may be subject to shipping, processing, restocking, or manufacturer fees.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Custom, configured, special-order, or made-to-order products may not be canceled or returned once production or fulfillment has begun. Any product-specific restrictions will be disclosed on the applicable product page or during the ordering process.

Returns

Return eligibility varies by manufacturer and product.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, items approved for return must generally be unused, unassembled, in their original condition and packaging, and returned with all parts, manuals, accessories, and documentation.

All returns require prior authorization from Pilates Meadow. Do not ship a product back without contacting us first.

Customers are responsible for return freight and shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Pilates Meadow, an eligible shipping-damage claim, or an eligible manufacturer defect.

Manufacturer restocking or return-processing fees may apply. Any applicable fees will be communicated before the return is authorized.

Original outbound shipping or freight charges are generally non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Freight and Delivery Damage

Please inspect all shipments carefully at delivery.

If you see visible damage to the packaging or product, note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing whenever possible. Take clear photographs of the packaging, shipping label, damaged areas, and product.

Please report freight damage to support@pilatesmeadow.com within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist with the carrier or manufacturer claim. The original course template also places strong emphasis on documenting freight damage immediately after arrival.

Keep all packaging and shipping materials until the issue has been resolved.

Defective Products and Warranty Claims

Manufacturer warranties vary by brand and product. Warranty information will be listed on the applicable product page where available.

Warranty claims are generally handled according to the manufacturer's warranty terms. Pilates Meadow will assist customers in communicating with the manufacturer where appropriate.

Shipping damage and warranty claims are separate. Damage present at delivery should be reported as shipping damage rather than a later warranty claim.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the applicable return, cancellation, or claim has been processed.

Processing times may vary by payment provider.

Shipping charges, freight charges, restocking fees, payment-processing fees where legally permitted, or other non-refundable manufacturer costs may be deducted when applicable and disclosed to you.

Manufacturer-Specific Policies

Certain manufacturers may have stricter cancellation, return, or warranty terms. When a manufacturer-specific policy differs from this general policy, the applicable product-page or manufacturer-specific terms will govern.
