By placing an order with Pilates Meadow, you represent that the billing and payment information you provide is current, complete, and accurate.
Pilates Meadow reserves the right to refuse, limit, hold, verify, or cancel an order where necessary, including orders involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability issues, payment-verification issues, or unusual order activity.
We may limit quantities purchased per customer, household, account, billing address, shipping address, payment method, or order.
If an order is changed or canceled by us, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided with the order.
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, freight charges, delivery upgrades, installation charges, or other applicable charges will be displayed or communicated before final payment where required.
For large commercial or studio orders, a custom quote, deposit, payment schedule, bank transfer, financing arrangement, or other payment terms may apply. Any such terms will be provided before the order is finalized.
